Cocoon Care - Return & Exchange Policies

Free & Easy Returns for Domestic Orders:

  • Domestic orders may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with labels and packaging intact.
  • Nappies are non-returnable as they fall under the category of intimate-wear. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, please reach out to us so we can arrange for replacement of the item.

Prepaid Orders:

  • Refund will be made to the original mode of payment.
  • Please note, shipping charges won't be refunded.

Cash on Delivery Orders:

  • Refund will be issued to the provided UPI ID/bank account.
  • Kindly share your UPI ID on hello@cocooncare.in with subject- #order no. UPI/bank details for refund.
  • Please note, shipping charges won't be refunded.

International Orders: All international orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if:

The return request is made outside the specified time frame

The product is on sale or part of any promotion

The product has been shipped internationally (outside India)

Cancellation

You may change/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, login to your cocoon care account and go to dashboard>orders>cancel order or get in touch with our team by calling +918104330764 or email us at hello@cocooncare.in with your order details as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

shipping & charges

Within India – a flat rate of Rs. 150 is applicable for orders below INR 1500. We offer free shipping for all orders above INR 1500

International – kindly get in
touch with us on 8104330764 or email on hello@cocooncare.in to place an international order. For international orders the shipping charge will be based on the products and country we ship to. Further note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. customs duty will be at actuals, and you will need to pay the customs duty at the time you accept the order.

This depends on the type of product and location. We dispatch our products within 1 to 10 business days from the order date, from Monday to Friday (excluding Indian public holidays). As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details so you know when to expect it.
