Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Domestic orders can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Nappies are non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Products purchased during sale events are only eligible for exchange or a store credit refund. Cash refunds are not applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. This may take up to 10 days from the date of pickup.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method. It may take 3–5 business days from the date of refund for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer. Please email your details to hello@cocooncare.in.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders are not eligible for return or exchange if:
- The request is made after 15 days of delivery.
- The product is custom-made.
- The order was shipped internationally.

Shipping Charges & Timelines
Domestic Shipping
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1500
- Flat ₹150 shipping fee for orders below ₹1500 (applied automatically at checkout)
Dispatch Timelines
- Standard orders: Dispatched within 1–5 business days
- Custom orders: Dispatched within 7–10 business days
Estimated delivery times:
- Metros: 2–5 business days
- Non-metros: 2-10 business days
- International: 10-15 business days

International Shipping
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the products and destination.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees at the time of delivery
