Return, Exchange & Shipping
Free & Easy*
Domestic orders may be returned for any reason. Online customer returns can be refunded to your card or for store credit. Your items must be unused, unwashed and the labels as well as packaging intact.
All international orders, sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. All domestic gift returns receive store credit.
15 Days: Exchange or Store Credit
7 Days: Full Refund. You must put ina request within 48 hours of receipt and return it within 7 days. If the domestic return is received within 7 days of purchase, we’ll refund to whatever payment method you used. Returns that arrive after 7 days but before 30 days will be refunded to store credit, or are eligible for an exchange.
Return & Exchange Assistance
To initiate a domestic online return or exchange, please login through your account and go to your dashboard>orders>create return/echange/cancel request for the order you can to return/exchange/cancel. Include description of the issue and a photo. Your request will be reviewed and accepted/rejected by the team based on the information provided.
If accepted the team will arrange a courier pickup for your items within 14 calendar days. If your location is not eligible for return pickup, you will have to courier the product/products back to the address below:

We will initiate an exchange or refund once we receive your return package and have checked that the products are intact.
*Free return shipping is for domestic orders only
Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if:
- The return request is made outside the specified time frame
- The product is on sale or part of any promotion
- The product has been shipped internationally (outside India)
Cancellation
You may change/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, login to your cocoon care account and go to dashboard>orders>cancel order or get in touch with our team by calling +91 8104330764 or email us at hello@cocooncare.in with your order details as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Within India – a flat rate of Rs. 120 is applicable for orders below inr 1500. we offer free shipping for all orders above inr 1500
International – Kindly get in touch with us on 8104330764 or email on hello@cocooncare.in to place an international order. For international orders the shipping charge will be based on the products and country we ship to. Further note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be at actuals, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time you accept the order.
Shipping & Timelines
This depends on the type of product and location. We dispatch our products within 1 to 10 business days from the order date, from Monday to Friday (excluding Indian public holidays), and it takes another 1 to 14 business days for the order to reach you based on your location. As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details so you know when to expect it.
Expected delivery timelines based on location
- Metros: Please allow 2 to 5 working days for the courier to be delivered.
- Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 2 to 10 working days for the courier to be delivered
- International: Please allow 10 to 15 working days for the courier to be delivered
