Are these products safe to use for my baby?

Yes. Every piece is 100% functional and passes the same safety and fabric checks as our full-price range. The flaws are only cosmetic, such as a small stain, a faint pen mark or a slight misprint.

What kind of damage can I expect?

Can I return or exchange my order?

No. Every flaw is disclosed upfront, so all orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Why are these products priced lower?

They have small cosmetic flaws that keep them out of our full-price range. The fabric and quality are the same, so you pay less and good products stay out of landfill.

Wash Care Instructions?

To maintain the quality and feel of your bamboo clothing, we recommend the following wash instructions:

Cold water: Always wash in cold water to preserve the fabric.
Gentle cycle: Use a gentle cycle to minimize wear and tear on the fabric.
Zip/button up items: Ensure zippers or buttons are closed to prevent piling and damage.
No dryer: Do not use a dryer. Instead, hang or lay flat to dry to avoid shrinkage or fabric deterioration.
Avoid brushes and bleach: Do not use brushes or bleach, as they can harm the bamboo fabric.
Gentle cleaner: Use a mild, gentle cleaner that’s safe for your baby’s sensitive skin—less is more.

Hand washing is also an alternative if you have the time. If you choose this method, be sure to thoroughly rinse all soap from the fabric to prevent discoloration and irritation.

This depends on the type of product and location. We dispatch our products within 1 to 10 business days from the order date, from Monday to Friday (excluding Indian public holidays). As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details so you know when to expect it.

Domestic orders may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 15 days of receiving the product. Your items must be unused, unwashed and the labels as well as packaging intact.

Prepaid orders: Refund will be made to the original mode of payment. Please note, the shipping charges won't be refunded.

Cash on delivery orders: Refund will be refunded on UPI ID/bank account. Kindly share the same on hello@cocooncare.in with subject- #order no. UPI/bank details for refund. Please note, the shipping charges won't be refunded.
